Had such a lovely stay here, location was perfect, room was cosy and clean. Would deffo book again and 100% recommended.

The room was very modern. It was either new or very elegantly renovated. There was no reception but the hosts were very responsive on the chat - thank you for that. It was very close to Lime train station approximately 15' walk. The room was quite, the bed was very comfortable and the WiFi was great. Toiletries, towels and hairdryer were also available. I loved that the room had an EU adapter in a drawer so I was able to charge my phone.

Reasonable price, excellent customer service and great location if you want to be near the city. Slept well on the beds and I consider myself a picky sleeper. All in all great experience and can’t fault it.

After a very stressful day and having no where to stay in a city we didn't know in the middle of Liverpools riots ... We stumbled across this hidden gem and although at first it was a little stressful without the door code; Once we were in, we were blown away by it, we stayed in a triple room with three single beds, it was spacious and the decor was on point, the bathroom was gorgeous and it was immaculate. We felt safe as soon as we walked through the doors. We had everything we needed in the room with extra supplies in the entrance if needed. The beds were so comfortable and all 3 of us slept so well and felt frefreshed. We were woken up with a message to say there was fresh fruit, juice and croissants outside our door. After the stress of the riots I didn't think I'd want to return but if we manage to book here again we would 100% return. Thanks so much guys!

I can't leave a 10 star review, but they deserve it. It was a perfect room (even though we were 3 people), clean, modern, great bathroom, hot water, super comfortable beds, smart TV ready to connect to my Amazon or Netflix. Very good Wi-Fi, and the extras were great (croissants, sweets, fruit, and ingredients for tea and coffee) I had no problems with the doors at all, the codes worked perfectly and Geoff's help was very fast and very friendly. Thank you very much for everything.

Extremely well kept rooms. The rooms felt like they were a right size, were well equipped with toiletries, water, an iron, kettle and hair dryer. It's located about a 10 minute walk from the city centre and 15 mins from Lime Street station. Would definitely consider staying here again in the future.

As promised here is our 5-star review. It’s a really nice hotel and we enjoyed it so much! Tysm for making our holiday to England and Scotland fantastic!
